where can I get Car and motorcycle Prices for Qatar?

I'm currently working my way through an interview process for a job in Doha.

I'm trying to figure out my budget for (amongst other things) some wheels. However I can't find much info on the web...dealers don't seem to have sites and where there is a main dealer site there are no prices.... and not alot else either.

Can anyone help? Is this some sort of local commercial culture....i.e. all prices are POA?

also whats the local bike scene like? I assume track days in Losail and dune riding on cross bikes......but are there any clubs/groups? Is there anywhere else to ride?
