I got big black scratches from some coward on the side of my white car. Do I need police paper now to get it polished or I can go to any garage to do it. Plus how much will this cost me for full car.

for small scratches, you dont need a police report.
it will cost from 200 - 500 riyals for polishing depends how big it is.
For any thing that needs a retouch or a remake on vehicles here in Qatar, the police paper is a must. unless and untill u do have a garage of ur own or u know sumone people who can keep de whole thing as "I dont know wot u say" :)
Anywayz, a re-paint wud cost u sumthing b/w 350 - 500 according 2 de surface of de vehicle (Meant, de whole body)
