Traffic Violation.
So basically I park my car and go to a shop to buy some stuffs. I return back and find a car parked behind my car. He was basically blocking it. I horned at least a couple of times and waited so much. Then I took a photo of the scenario and also the number plate. After some time, this guy comes slowly and takes something out of the vehicle and starts walking off. I go tell him "Excuse me, I've been waiting for so long and you aren't even moving your vehicle?" And he has this attitude. He goes back in and then someone else comes and moves it. What arrogance is this?
I have a pic and I want to register a complaint. What do I do?

And@ ash you had no right to take a pic, you could have been arrested.
What difference does it make if he's a westerner?? Its people like you that lable that get no whare in life.

Just let it pass by as a bad incident in life. You cannot correct the whole world.
Seems a bit like closing the barn door after the horse has bolted. The incident occurred and he moved his car. You could report it to the police but I doubt if they'd do anything
