Procedure for Renewing Istamara for Car Model-2013

Dear All,
I have a car model-2013, its Istmara is getting expire on 01-01-2016. I want to renew Istamara at the end of Dec-15. I am confuse about below issues
1. For 2013 Model car Police Inspection is required or not?
2. or I can get Insurance renewal and then directly renewed my istamara (without police inspection-FAHES)
3. I heard that we can renew istamara for 03 years (means 2013-2016) & Police inspection is not required.
Please share you recent experience about this matter.

Yes correct ............. but he goes a few days before the expiry then it's still possible without inspection ................. let him try once ....................
If your car was first registered Jan 2013, inspection is required. First three registration including new vehicle is without the inspection.

Yes ............. No need for inspection this time ............. just insurance & a new card after paying the fess with ATM card .............. be happy .....................
