Hello,
i am driving a car that belongs to one of my relatives who moved from qatar a while back. i have purchased it from him, but that time we had no chance to arrange necessary documents. now i want to sell it, but as per the papers i am not the owner. my relative was termainated from qatar and had some outstanding amount to the bank for this car. please advise how i can sell it or what shall i do?

Yes getting the letter from you friend is your only choice to procced ...

Close the loan from the bank, then change to your name by getting a letter from you relative, change the car from loan to cash then sell it.

i think this is the best way
