I still haven't decided what 4x4 to buy. Recently I heard very good comments about Nissan Patrol. Any of you guys have any experience with it? Is it reliable? Good on-road (to drive in Doha during the week/weekend)? Off-road? Resale value? Maintenance costs?

But honestly if you wanna buy 4x4 ..buy a Land Cruiser...

That is the begining & that is the end....of all....

I agree with the above... total worth BUY!! Though i personally own the '97 KINGSROAD Nissan Patrol, the V-tec 4.8lit is a Solid Offroad Performer!

I love this car. I bought a new 2008 Patrol Safari and have a 2007 Model Land cruiser VX_R. booth are equally good. Land cruiser is great in comfort and Patrol is great in performance on and off road. Reasonable maintenance cost and resale value.

Excellent vehicle :o)

Best off road by far, comfortable, fast, safe, cheap and easy to maintain and holds its price well.
