I want to buy Nissan Altima (used one), but one of my friend told me, it has some continuous problem, like Jumps, you have to change in around 6 months, Please advice, who know anything about it...

my brother own an altima 2.6,overall the performance of the car is good.parts are very expensive.leak in steering pump is a common problem.
