On Saturday, go to Wahrah Inspection center at 4.30, park in front, when they open at 7 you will pass your car, drive back to Doha, at 7.30 you will be at your office, this is my habit.

you can do it by yourself fahes is open even on saturday also.

no need for a filipino to help you with your vehicle inspection and registration. just go to any branch of FAHES for the technical inspection then if you pass, proceed with car insurance then after that go to traffic department for the renewal of your istimara. you can do that by your own.
