guys, can you please advice me if it is allowed or not to put some fancy lights under the car?

it's not allowed for istemara. but i saw many people use those. as i heard that those are not allowed, but there is no strict rule on that. if you want, you can put. just disconnect the ware during istemara and reconnect after getting inspection done. that's it. no problem at all!!

I've seen them around from time to time and I'll keep my comments and opinions about them to myself... There is an audio/entertainment shop for cars and boats at the NW corner of Thani Bin Jasim Street and Al Beday/Al Markhiya Street. They did a great job installing audio equipment in my truck. I did see those neon lights there...and smiled!!!
