experts please advise..is it wise to pay 40k for a 2007 civic in good condition? is the car good? how much i can expect a resale value when i sell it after 2 years?( a 2007 model in 2012).please help...i have to make a choice between 2007 corolla 1.8 and civic....thank you.

last time i almost close a transaction for 2007 honda for QR33,5K...cancel it for a Subaru Impreza for QR35K

depends..on the car's condition and mileage..37k for a low mileage 2007 civic would be a good deal
