If the car's current warranty hasn't run out yet and if it's been fully maintained then I was thinking maybe Mannai would offer such a thing?

Please note insurance company has nothing to do with extended warranty as mentioned by Abu Yousif. However, part of his answer is absolutely right you can buy extended warranty from dealer. Extended warranty covers mechanical and electrical systems only; insurance covers only the accidental damages.

the car dealers themselves do not undertake such a thing, they usually buy it from insurance co.
call the hummer dealer and as about the insurance company they deal with .....and u should have no problem doing that.
