Dear QLers,

I need a piece of information. I got an accident and it was not my fault. My front bumper was damaged along-with number plates which is broken. I can't drive the car so I used breakdown to take it to the garage. Now my question is- who will bear this breakdown & new number plate cost? The insurance company of others person told me to bear it by myself. But why should I pay this? He is responsible for this damage. Anyone know the law regarding this two matter? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately there is no such law, It gonna be by your own pocket. His insurance company will repair ur car But other expenditures wud b by U :(

They makes mistake But victims suffers alottt, Imagine ur car will be in garage for about a week......U will pay for Taxi..?? It sucksssssss really
