How to get car repaired?

Hi All,

Can anybody advise me the normal procedure to get my car repaired in service center starting from getting police report, insurance and etc??

1 - go to the traffic police

2 - get yourself your clearance from there

3 - go to your insurance company

4 - go to the repair shop they direct you to

5 - take your car and go there

6 - leave your car there and come back by taxi or fone a friend to come get you
