Does a car need inspecting after 3 years from being built, or from when it was first registered?

As per the title - I'm buying a June 08 built car that was first registered in July 09, so will the inspection be due this year or next year?

for the first 3 years from being built. 2010 is your last year so this year, you have to go technical inspection...

After 3 years from registering the car you will need to get your car checked first, then once it possessed you will be able to renew he car registration.

So the answer is yes you need it
