Difference between Dealer Warranty & AAA Agency warranty ?

Car with 0 Km brand new Nissan Patrol in authorized dealer is costlier than the one bought from KSA or Dubai 0 Km brand new and for sale here by small dealers

I was informed that the one from dubai/KSA will not have warranty from local dealer here instead they will have AAA agency warranty.

1) Is this AAA warranty trustworthy ?
2) Where is it located?
3) Patrol 2013 Qatar has same specification as the one in Dubai/KSA ? All parts easily available.

4) Any loophole/Catch in buying car from Saudi/Dubai sold here at 0 Km Brand new?
