When d sun is up, i can't even enter my car.. It's too HOT to sit on it n d a/c is useless or even d tinted windows is useless... how can i prevent it?

tinted windows does not gurantee that the infra red rays of the sun will be filtered out. go for window films that cut out infra red and uv rays.
In my experience, no matter what top grade window film, they are pretty useless when u parked out in the open for more than half an hour.
buy a fine water mist spray to cool ur car interior instantly before u get in, but make sure the bottle is insulated so the water is not hot.
THE BEST THING TO DO IS STAY IN YOUR HOUSE. DONT GO OUT AND DON'T DRIVE FROM 7AM IN THE MORNING UNTIL 6PM IN THE EVENING. THEN AFTER 6PM, YOU CAN GO OUT AND DRIVE BECAUSE IN THAT TIME, IT IS ALREADY DARK.... HOPE IT WILL HELP...
as a practic we keep a small gap when closing the shutters.(window glasses)
U can keep one window little(~ .5cm) opened when u leaving the car.
open the door and start the A/C and keep the door opend little time before u get in the car.
Use a windscreen protector.
if possoble tint the car so u will control little.
