clarification on sale of car

Can someone explain the procedure to sell a car to a person who is seeking a bank loan to purchase my car.
The buyer was asked by the bank to get a quotation from me(the owner of the car)
i dont have a company to give him an official quote.
Please help with the procedure or/and guide me to an agent who can do this for me.Thank you.

you are required to visit an authorized car dealer of the bank from where the person intends to take the loan. they would issue the letter, not sure, but there is some charges for the letter... cheers
