Claims for Car Accident
Any one tell me about my question as below.
I was involved the car accident by others.
My vehicle was damaged rare bumper and I'm waiting for police report for claim.
My vehicle is under full coverage insurance (QIC) at the time.
I would like to know that can I claim to QIC for rent a car during repairing period.

first of all get the police report..if its the fault of other person then his insurance will have to pay for your car repairing and if its your fault then simply get the police report and go to your insurance company and they will get your car repaired only if you have full insurance.but you can't claim for another car from the insurance while your car will go for repairing..to my knowledge there is no insurance company who gives you replacement even if you have full insurance....
Did you call the police? You need a report# and then you will get a paper.
