Changing the Spare Parts

Recently i purchase a second hand chevy AVEO 2004 model.
Now i want to change the mudcover,handle for the door and wheelcap. Also i need to do servicing. Plz guide me to the correct place or service center, where i can fix these problem. Thanks in advance......
