I wanna take a car loan. The question is: can I travel to the neighbouring countries using this car? Are there any guarantees required by the bank against this issue? and which bank is the best for such case?
I tried to post this question yesterday but it didn't show. Don't know why.
I heard you have to go the bank ad ask for a NOC to take the car outside the country. Others say you must make a security deposit for the ammount of the loan.
In the end better talk to your bank...and get first hand info from them.
For example, I had a problem in UAE when trying to visit Oman with the newly-bought car through a car loan. The bank needed a full amount guarantee to allow that. However, some banks would allow this. but I don't know about it in Qatar. A friend said it is very much possible here. Any ideas?
