Car Loan Project

Hi I have a problem regarding my previous car loan. Last year I returned my car to CBQ because I don’t have a job and I don’t have money to pay the monthly payment. They said that they will help me to sell the car.

Now that I have a job and want to go for vacation, I found out that I’am block listed and cannot go out of the country because there is a case filed on me for my car loan. And QAR 60,000.00 I have to pay to clear it.

So I went back to CBQ to check what happened with my car and they informed me that they didn’t sold my car, instead they gave it to the traffic dept (as I have issue with my residents visa last year). They told me to check my car in Traffic Dept (near Fish Market). So I went there and gave the car registration number but when they check, the car is already transferred to another person.

I went back to CBQ to discussed it but they insisting that I should go to MOI-Traffic Department (one that near Q-Post main office). I went there but nobody is able to help me as they keep on passing me into different person.

Please I need help, Im stuck… I don’t know what to do and where to go. I want to go for a vacation to see my family in Philippines..

Indeed, you are in trouble. At first, since you do not have enough fund to pay monthly amortization, instead of returning the car to CBQ, you should ask somebody to continue monthly payment and then both of you should visit CBQ and make necessary arrangements that the second party will continue paying monthly amortization. Signed the agreement...That case, you will be clear. Hay naku kabayan....dapat nagtanong tanong ka muna....madami jan like makagets ng car...ginagawa service or carlift while paying monthly amortization....
