I went to Wakra this morning to inspect my car in FAHES as the Istimara almost expired. The result of the inspection I got one major fault: 'seating capacity mismatch with registration certificate'. Do anyone have any idea what kind of fault is this and what should I do? I realy have no idea about this.. FYI, my car is a Honda Civic 1999 model Hatchback with 2 doors..

You normally get two types of faults... Legal & Technical. Legal Faults are dealt by the Traffic Division. Your problem seems to be a legal one. Just go the Traffic Division and they'll change it in your new Istimarah.
