Can anybody recommend a mechanic to fix VW Passat gearbox issue?

My 2002 VW Passat has just developed a strange fault - the automatic gearbox will not change gear.
It will not change up through the gears and therefore at about 80Kms is at around 3000 RPM
I would like to know if anybody can recommend a garage or mechanic (preferably close to West Bay) that could fix the problem.

If ur gear is not changing please check the gear oil and gear filter it must be block the pressure is not building that is why it is not changing and secondly check ur clutch plate and pressure plate it must be worn out before u change the gear box.Call this number they will try to help u to solve the problem mobile:55368583 Shakeel or Al faleh garage 44424047 Mr.Naseer it is in Mansoora opp. Qutba restaurant

Am I missing something here - why exactly have you replied with this useless answer?

This diminishes the whole usefulness of this site, which I use a lot and have had some excellent advice from.
