Auto insurance claim procedure in Qatar ?

What is the procedure for Auto insurance claim in Qatar ? Is it possible that body shop will claim directly from the insurance Company after deducting the mandatory deductable amount as per the policy from me? Or I have to pay and claim from the insurance company ?

Just go to your insurance office with the police accident/damage report in hand...rest will fall in place.

They will -fill forms, take fotos of your damaged car...give you address of their body repair shop..- all in all is a 10 minutes job..though the repairs may take a weeks time.
