One of my friends who like to buy a Pathfinder 2007 model needs advice. Some of my friends saying this model having problems and can’t sell it back for a good price. Anyone here using the 2007 model pathfinder? How u feeling with the vehicle? Is it worth buy? Please advise me.
its a very nice car. But if you are looking for the resale here in Qatar only Toyota has good resale all other cars have bad resale even if they are better than Toyota. So if your looking for a car buy a used one as you lose more if your the 1st owner
Thank you for the answers. Iforward this page to my friend and according to most answers he is thinking to change his mind to any other vehicle. If any one think that this is SUV is good plz advice. Thanks
I can't understand the responses here, I have a 2007 Pathy and love it! It drives wonderfully. Plenty of room inside with fold down seats and built tough and rugged to last.
I have taken the faithful down to the Inland Sea numerous times without fault and usually end up pulling out other cars (FJ Cuiser, Prado all types of American Cars...)
Couldn't recommend it enough. Only problem for anything more than a basic service you have to go to the Industrial area which is nightmare, but well worth it.
for durabitity : Prado , ford explorer , fj cruiser
if it come to nissan pathfinder , then go to 2008 , 2009 bcz they changed a lot in the new 2008 in the dashboard , its completely defferent with a new elegant look , u can have a screen + rear camera .. but the 2007 dashboard is boaring and terreble. visit the showroom and see ..
can't speak about its offroad ability, but to clear up some misinformation in these answers... toyota has terrible service. most of the people i know who have nissan say the service is good.
toyota certainly has great built quality, and normally nissan does as well.
according to drivearabia.com, the pathfinder has good offroad ability - their opinion might be less biased than some of the ones on QL. here is their review:
Its a totally low valued car, and I don't at all recommend about it. Its very unstable on the road and noisy after 120km/h. I suggest you either buy a Hummer H3 because its proven to be a good resale value and a really luxury SUV, or else buy a 4x4 Toyota. Besides, I heard that the nissan service is not that good.
big fat ass car designed for the american market. Generally useless off road if your friend is into that, but otherwise okay in city driving.
Fuel consumption is fair for the size and weight of the car/ engine size. however, resale value is not that high (compared to old model) due to not well proven off road ability.
If ur friend is going to use it for doha driving. go for it. 2008/2009 model has most of problems ironed out and anyhow, they are repaired by warranty (besides normal wear/tear)
Forget Resale value! If that is your criteria, go for Toyota full stop.

it has one wheel and four steerings with stereo headset and microphone with long wires and thin displacement with hot chiks
