Will I get Full compesation from my employer..??????

my salaries for OCT & NoV 2011 was not paid by my employer,When requested the employer i was asked to leave the country within a weeks time that too without giving a written notice of reason of my termination & they hv given stop payment of my salary to our bank without my notice ,I was forced to reach out help from the Human Rights Dept, who has given me guidance to approach the LABOUR court to sue a case against my employer.Eventually i got release from MOI and the case is on from Last Nov end..My first hearing was in February...and till today we had 3 hearings.... I need a clarification that WHETHER I WILL GET MY FULL COMPENSATION FROM MY EMPLOYER...that means my salary from OCT to JUNE 2012(as per mylabour contract)which is due to me as this is not a breach of contract from my end.As my wife & kid is with me ,It is almost 7 months that i've got any salary but still hanging on with a hope that i would get justice from the Court.ALSO IS THERE ANY OLD CASES THAT I CAN REFER OF THIS SORT WHERE THE COMPLAINANT HAS RECEIVED FULL COMPENSATION, CAN U PLS HELP ME OUT..!!
