Am I reading this post correctly that the candidate should post in Gulf-times that he is available to work!

How effective will that be?

Boss, you are in a difficult situation. Try to convince them, get your salary, tell them you have family to support, wife, children, parents at back home. Atleast get your salary and NOC, put an ad in the Gulf Times, you will get a better job with better salary also.

Good Luck to you

I am very sorry for your predicament. And I hope things work out for you. But I will amazed if anyone can give advice that will help you resolve this one. The sponsorship and NOC system are not in your favour in this instance.
