hi

let answer this legally

first any company when she issued u a visa that mean u came to work for that company u did not just buy this visa or ask for work outside it

second

if u have the iqama already the company should renew the iqama cause that will effect here from the governmental way if they did not

- if u signed a contract the labor law gives the companies up to 6month of probe ration period if she fired u within these 6 month there will be no legal come back on the company even if u signed the contract or u have the iqama

- some company small one will not issue the iqama until u pass 3 or 4 month of work until they sure that u are good in your job

hope that answer gives u what u asking for

contact the national human rights committee if you have a genuine case. If you have deserved your sacking should anyone be sorry for you?

you should have a contract on that company before you work with them.

Then there is no option buddy either u can request them to renew ur visa but since they have fired u no choice u have to go back. It soley depends upon the company u cannot do anything.
