Visa / NOC / Ban
By stallionjr •
My company recently tried to transfer my visa to their own visa and the request was rejected by the authorities. On checking out the details with the PRO i understood that the application was rejected coz my current visa is a non transferable project visa. Is there any such thing and if I go ahead and cancel my visa would a ban be applicable on me?
If they dont give him NOC can he come back on a visit visa
You can go to your country and can come back upon other employer's sponsorship, providing that the current sponsor gives you NOC.
There is such a thing...this visa is being applied by agency who supplied manpower to company that is project based only, i.e. Airport Project, etc. Only option for you is to go back to your country of origin so that it can be cancelled and the new employer to apply a new visa for you.
is your actual employer your sponsor?
If the answer is yes then they can work it out.
If the answer is no and there is no transfer; if you resign you'll be banned for 2 yrs. Keep that in mind!!
Regards!!
