Visa is nearly expiring but cannot get of Qatar because of bank loan - Part 2
By devon_lloyd •
(Continuation of question part 1)
He was informed that he is having a civil case filed by the bank. Prosecutor said he cannot leave Qatar. He’s now staying with his friends in Doha, applying for a new job (he is a piping supervisor/qc inspector in oil and gas industry). His visit visa issued by the company will be expired on the 7th of April. Is there anybody here who had experienced the same thing? What do you think is the best that he can do? Just want to give him a moral support guys. Thanks!
Hey buddy,
Don't lose hope.
Your situation:
1. Visit visa expires on the 7th of April
2. You cannot really exit Qatar if you have loan in the bank it would be difficult.Really no way out unless you pay the amount you owe to the bank.
3 Not only paying but then you have to get letter from the bank to the court to clear out your case and then you have to go to the police station where in you have to clear your name from the case that the bank filed on you and only then you can exit Qatar.
Your chances are:
1. If your company will be given you an NOC
and to talk to your current sponsor to at least renew you visa until such time you found a new job
2. And if given the chance NOC and visa extended you better find a job asap to save you of a more extreme situation.
3.you have to act fast....
