Hi, I would like to employ a full time, live out philippino nanny but I am not aware of the visa implications. If I hire someone who is already in Qatar is it better to sponsor her by transferring her visa from previous employer or just employ someone on her own visa. What are the implications/documents of sponsoring a philippino nanny? Also I met a couple of nanny who claimed to be on their own visa without depending on an agency - Is this possible? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

It is not legal to employ someone on their "own" visa. Only from an agency or you sponsor them yourself
