2years completion or NOC are only the possibilites to come back.

NOC is must .. there is no way around it
Expiring visa, when being out the country -- is not a valid reason to leave a job..In immigration your passport number, fingerprint all are linked with your earlier sponsor. It is always better to "leave" the old sponsor in an amicable settlement. So that you can request for a "NOC"
Now pls request for an NOC...I think you dont want to do that !!!!
