Visa cancell after resignation

I have given my resignation,,,Suppose company doesnt cancel ma visa what is the procedure,,,I may need to get visa of UAE/Saudi,,,,I have one month notice period and after that i will be resigning,,does normally companies cancel d visa while resigning,,

If they dont cancell visa, its a problem for you to visit other countries. The visa not be deleted from the system until and unless the company requested to cancell it. Even after 6 months, it will appear in the system. Without cancellation, the company also can't apply a visa instead of your visa.

1)they wont be allowing me to work in any other company in Qatar. they wont give release.

2)I heard they normally do not cancel visa and let the visa 2 be cancelled by default after 6 months. Here is the problem,I need to take UAE/Saudi Visa...

3)they are not giving me NOC also,,,

they MUST either (1) cancel your visa or (2)start transfer of sponsorship process in case you found another job and they don't mind you to work for another company. Once you stop working for the company, they cannot keep you under their sponsorship.

If option 1 is chosen, and the Company cancel your visa, you have to leave Qatar within 7 days from cancellation date.
