Hi friends...
need advice...I have a friend who wants to visit in Eid holidays from UAE. his visa status is business partner (on pataka) and he wants to bring his wife and kid also...

I was just wondering if he will get visa on arrival (with family). according to him he get visa on arrival in kuwait, oman etc so not sure about qatar as he is travelling first time.

please give suggestion regarding this friends...Soniya your help is required here...thanks in advance guys :)

As per qatar embassy site, visa on arrival for the residents of GCC countries are applicable for person in specific professions..

Check this link:

If the visa status if of engineers, doctors, lawyers, managers, accountants, teachers or professors can easily get visa on arrival..

Not sure about BUSINESS PARTNER visa status..

Tell him to check with the qatar embassy..

Ask your friend to Qatar Airway offices in Dubai and they will guide them.

Visa on arrival is based on nationality in Qatar, not profession.
