NEED YOUR VIEWS ON THIS:
I am currently on a work visa from my company for 5 months already from the time of issue. I don’t have my RP yet since I have ongoing medical examination. That means I am not yet clear with my medical for some reason. Now, I want to go back to my home country. I am planning to be here in Qatar soon via family visit visa. My questions are:
1) Will I be granted with Family Visit Visa knowing that I exited the country without finishing my medical?
2) If ever, I will be granted with Family Visit Visa, will I be issued with Work Visa once I could find a job knowing that I did not complete my medical in my previous work visa.
3) If I choose to finish my medical before going home WITHOUT waiting for my RP to be stamped in my passport, will I be able to work again once I will come here through a family visit visa or I will be banned for 2 years since I had been issued with previous work visa even without an RP?

in my knowledge,if your company got an approval working visa under your name from ministry it would be in the system..if it is in the system you need to complete the working visa formalities under your company. you have to talk to your mandoob about it as he is the only one who can help you with .
