Except of Business Visa, what other type of visa that no need to acquire/not requiring NOC? And if there is, Please answer the following questions:
1.)What are the following tips or correct steps to be taken, to avoid technicalities in the future when you will resign to your current company and you have new visa sponsored by other companies, do we need to go out Qatar? and Why?
2.) What if you resigned and your contract in your previous employer is still not expire? Can the previous employer deport/hold you? What are the right things to do?
3.) What if your visa to your previous employer is still not expired upon resignation? Do you need to wait till it expire then can start working with new employer? Why?
Thank you very much to all and God Bless.
Basing on the first paragraph which is applicable only for Working/RP Visa, what if after 2 years(employment ban duration) still your previous employer will not issue NOC,what is the remedy for it?
In addition pls, this maybe a special case, what if your previous employer issued you a Business/Visit Working Visa? Do NOC is required when you resign? or Do the 2 years(employment ban duration) is applicable, when you go out qatar?
thank you again.
If you're presently in Qatar on a work visa, or have left and terminated your employment in Qatar w/in the last 2 years (employment ban duration), you need to have an NOC from your present sponsor to transfer or for a new employer to secure a work visa in the latter case.
To be considered legally employed in Qatar, you must have a work visa. Working while on business or visit visa is not legal, irregardless of what your new employer tells you. Though many expats work in Qatar while having this type of visas, this is still not legal and you are not covered by any insurance at all.
Work visa and RP are one and the same.
However, if you are eligible to be on family/dependent visa, you are allowed to work in Qatar.
