Truth about medical exam and the RP
Regards to all,
there are many questions on the truth about what tests are being done during medical exam at the health ministry. there are many cases of hepatitis b, and the truth about it. those who want to share their facts, only facts and accurate information will be helpful to all the questions of those who have hep b.
Opinions and personal perceptions or judgement will only be valid unless proven and coordinated with the health ministry, issuing visa.
many comments say that hepatitis is only being tested in certain categories, like food sectors, medical field, hospitality, petrochemicals and government agencies but to those non working in these categories, have a great chance of getting RP. Some say no. which is which.
to those who want to help with accurate information, with no discrimation, can post ur mesages to end all the questions.
hi sly, thank u for ur understanding, i hope there are many persons like u who understands if somebody needs help, this world is too small, let us just pay it forward...

Sorry not to be able sign this post with "Minister of the Interior" in order to give you the definitive response to your question but it is my understanding that all persons undergoing the medical exam will have their blood drawn and tested (since one's job category is not part of the testing process.) It would be my further opinion that if the HepB test were positive then the RP applicant's job would be reviewed as to risk of contagion. Those not in high risk sectors (such as food service, health care, etc) would be permitted an RP regardless and/or in spite of their status. As to assurance without worries and doubts, I'm not sure that any of us were 100% confident of getting that RP until it was in our hands. As the saying goes, there's "many a slip betwixt cup and lip." Good luck.

hi onemakikomoto,
you mean the sectors Iv posted were only the ones being tested for hep? not all are being tested for this? coz there are so many questions and opinions on this, and many are so discouraging and unmotivational comments.
i am hepatitis b positive and will be working in an office as salesperson, does this gives me a clearer idea on the assurance of getting RP? without any worries and doubts? then they will not trace whether im positive with this.
thank you so much for the answers.
only for the chosen sectors. i know someone who's workin for the medical commission.

I think he's asking; Does everyone get tested for Hep B, or only those working in certain sectors?
I'm fairly sure the answer is Everyone.

Haven't got the faintest..
All I know is that they put me in the wrong blood group.. In order to prove that, I had to get a seperate blood test done myself..
