Tourist visa to visit india from Doha

Hi,

I am a british citizen and I want to visit India for 1-2 weeks.

Is there an agent in doha that can sort out the visa for me and my family or do I have to visit the embassy in Qatar ?

Also how long does a tourist visa last for ? I want to travel in mid feb but was thinking of getting a visa earlier.

look forward to your reply.

Regards.

i think u will have to visit the embassy itself as there is no visa on arrival.. and even if it is there now.. it is there only for 4-5 countries.. .

i also heard some indian club renews indian passport and there they might get visas as well..

u first point of contact most probably will be the india embassy.. give a call..

Welcome to India.

You do not need an agent to get the visa. Check out the Indian embassy website and give them a call. The Embassy is located some where behind the Gulf Times office.
