Termination of contract within 3 months

I was brought here on Jan 23 rd 2012 to work for a company as Sales executive I was recruited from Kuwait and my home country is India.

Between 15th to 18th feb I completed medical and finger print formalities.

In my Work contract it is a package Of 8000 QR with a probation of 6 months after which it would be 10000 QR.

I submitted my edu. certificated to the company on 09th April. the same evening they told me that it is not working out and they gave me a letter saying that i was found drunk and my services are terminated. which is not true. the took back my cell phone and laptop and asked for my passport. In return I told them that there is still no stamp in my passport yet so I will keep it. I was then threatned with the cops and so I handed over my passport the next day.

Is it correct what they have done and what can I do about this . will they give me a ticket or do i have to pay for this . till now they are saying my salary will be given for 8 days. Please Advice!

You're still on the probationary period and within this time frame, your employer can terminate you and send you home to your country of origin.

Follow the advise above and try to cooperate with them to give you the NOC you need. Perhaps you may be able to come back after several months.

If you are on probationary period the Employer can decide if they want to keep you or not. It will be better to deal the issue in a diplomatic way so you can ask for the NOC from them.
