Hi all

One of my friend working in Saudi needs some information, He is leaving kingdom for annual vacation by the end of December. even-though he completed his 2 year contract, his company asks him to renew the contract and not willing to give final exit.Meanwhile he has an offer from Qatar and he is worried about getting Qatar RP since his company giving only Exit-Reentry.Can he work in Qatar with out getting final exit from Saudi? Please help me to give him some feedback.

I would suggest him to get atleast 3 months re-entry from saudi, then he can come to Qatar, if any problem for RP he can fly from here to saudi.

is there is any conditions such as

1. He should wait until his exit-reentry expires?

2.he should wait until his saudi iqama expires?

yes He can get Qatari RP without getting final exit from saudi arabia. i have Qatari RP without saudi exit.....

without final exit from saudia, he can not get Qatar RP.
