Rules for termination of contract during probation period in Qatar.

Dear friends,
One of my friend joined in construction co as a welder.During the probation period they terminated with out notice period.
What are the rules to terminate a candidates during the probation period?
But he does not get his flight fare also.They deducted his flight charges from his salary.
Kindly advise me please.

Good day sir. i have a question what is our rights as an employee if a company closes for the reason the government terminated their contract? our situation right now is i was hired last december 2016 now i am on my 2nd month of probationary period what as an employee is our rights because we didn't expect this situation that it will happen suddenly we've been hired from our home country then when we arrived here suddenly the company closed because the government terminated their contract hoping for your kind reply on this matter thanks
Article (57)
Upon termination of the service of the worker the employer shall at
his cost return him to the place from where he has recruited him at the
commencement of the engagement or to any place agreed upon
between the parties.
The employer shall complete the proceedings of returning the nonQatari
worker within a period not exceeding two weeks from the expiry date of
the contract. If the worker joins another employer before his departure
from the State the obligation to return him to his country or other place
shifts to the latter employer.
The employer shall bear the costs of preparing the corpse of the
deceased worker and the conveyance thereof to his country or place of
residence upon the demand of his heirs.
If the employer does not repatriate the worker or his corpse after his
death as the case may be the Department shall return the
worker or his corpse at the cost of the employer and recover the said
costs through the administrative means.

According to what is know...the company or the individual can terminate thier contract in the probation period. But need to give each other sufficient notice time. Though it is not 30 days...but less than 30 days.
But the company has to bear the expenses of Air ticket for the employee to his home country. According to the labour law...the employer has to bear the Air Ticket expenses.... while bring the person from his home country and at the same time...the employer should also bear the expenses of Air ticket...back to his home country. Even if they terminate him or he leaves the job.
But offcourse there will be no benfits given....if the contract is terminated in the probation period.
*Sorry its "Repatriation Cost", means cost of returning back to the country of origin
Employer has to issue minimum 3 days notice or salary in lieu of that during Probation period in case of termination (plz check his contract).
Also, Employer has to settle all his salary until end of service without any deduction.
Employer is fully responsible for his expatriation cost(Air-fare etc) if he was on a legal Company visa.
