Returning to Qatar

I left Qatar last August of this year. My visa is not cancelled because I only asked for a vacation from my sponsor. I have submitted two resignation letters which he did not accept. Asking for an emergency leave is the only way to get an exit permit. I know I could go to the labour office but I also know that it will be the start of my misserable life because I've seen alot of my co-workers who went to file a case in the labour office against our company and they got a counter case which took months before they got the resolution of being sent back home. Ofcourse, these people who were under investigation was not allowed to work during the entire case proceeding without receiving their salaries and for those who were allowed to work, they are constantly being harrased and verbally abused. I don't think I'd like to go through that. My husband is in Qatar now, i'd like to know if I can go back under a family sponsorship if so, does my husband still needs an noc from my previous employer which I doubt he'll get. If not, does that mean I need to wait for 2 years before re-joining my husband? I was working as an accountant in my sponsor's company, but it was only later when I found out that he got me a kadama visa. I'd apreciate your inputs.

Thank you for the responses. Is there a way for me to find out if my visa has been cancelled?

your husbands PRO cannot cancel your visa. first you request your sponsor to cancel your visa than only you can think of sponsorship from your hubby.

Get your visa cancelled first. Once that is done, try to return under your husband's sponsorship.

You cannot have 2 visas at once in Qatar. So if your sponsor's visa is not cancelled, then you cannot get a family visa.

You will have to wait 2 years before coming back.
