im working here in qatar for almost 8mnths and im a company visa and local hiring can i resign in my work anytime i want? what can i do if they say no? but in my contract written that either party can terminate the contract anytime without giving the reason and 1 month notice...pls advice me what can i do

you can resign anytime , company / employer is bound to release you. your gratuity or other benefits depends upon your Contract. As per Qatri Labour law , after 1 year you get 21 days leave with pay and Gratuity.
