*my company doesn't give a salary increase for 3 yrs.
*i got maternity leave without maternity pay for 50days. i want to resign to focus with my family life and to get my husband sponsor but the company refuse to give.
* iam entitled for 1 hr breastfeeding time but they refused it and deduct all my lates from my salary.
*last yr. i go vacation without annual pay.
* during eid iam working for 9 hrs instead of 6 hrs without overtime pay.
* i dont even have a copy of my contract and passport is with them.

i really want to resign thats why i go to human rights to ask about everything....and human rights advised me if am going to resign i will loose everything and they can even guaranteed that iam going to get my NOC for husband sponsor. and i will wait until the company will terminated me or pushed the company to terminate me but until when iam going to wait....since my baby needs me by this time. i dont want to go home to my country.pls. help me.

i juz want to get all my benefits and the most important to get my NOC. to stay here with my family.

thank you very much!!!

You must try and get terminated. Termination would help you get a little extra money.

I wonder how u r under 18 yrs and have a kid n child???

If the employer is that bad .. then u should warn others too by saying the name of that company.

and as many ppl told u .. go to labour dept. and 100% u will get ur right.

u r eligible for maternity leave and a paid annual leave

get one fax arranged to be sent from home town with subject someone is serious, take your passport and exit permit from your company , fly back to home town, from there send resignation letter.

next step -- tell your husband to arrange for visit visa so that he sponsors you, after you come her get family visa find another job and stay live happily.

never ever create problem with employer or with self

why to expect benifits of what is past forget that see future and remember to choose company before you join.

I highly recommended you to go to labour dept. at C-ring road and explain your case to the legal advisor there and they will assist you for the right action but make sure that you will get all your benifits even if you resign.

Good Luck

in this kind of situation better for you to resign now, and if ur husband working in here he can get you from philippines anytime without NOC from previous employer...

It is right, this is the labour department who can help you here. They will get your dues also and release you from the present sponsor. But be careful that don't do such a thing with your company, who can produce that as an offense or a proof for your bad record, otherwise, they will get the right to terminate you without any benefits.

Anyway you have 95 percent chances of getting your dues and release also.

I agree with gtim...

Go to the Labor Department with your husband at C Ring Road-Make it early at 7:30 am/ Present your file/case and ask for an interview with the committee there... 90% of the times, you get your benefits and your rights...

Very sad story... God help you.

Take your baby into work every day and sit at your desk breastfeeding (respectfully of course). I'm sure they will soon get the message & terminate you.

At the end you may lose 'everything' but at least you get your dignity.

Good luck.

in the first place, why did you go to human rights? why not in Ministry of Labor?

Ministry of Labor is the right department who can help you to settle your problems with the company...
