resident visa after reject

hi,
I had applied for resident visa for my family thru my PRO and i got message thru metrash for application recieval.after one week when i checked in website its showing rejected my applications for my wife and infant.my PRO saying he had submitted papers again and had finished interview also.but still the status is not changed and no messages also from metrash. My question is where can i find the reasons for rejection of my application? and how many days it will take to reconsider after once its rejected?can i get any information if i personally visit any immigration office by application number as it was submitted by PRO?.Please awaiting QL member's reply at the earliest.

We have applied for permanent visa on 3-1-2013. MOI site it was showing "application is under review". yesterday night my RP application got rejected and today morning I went to MOI office to enquire about this issue. they did not respond properly. but, in my application receipt they have just written a date(13-3-2013 /-a-t-/ 5;30 pm). they did not mention what was the real case of rejection.and what should I do next for getting my RP.We have provided all doc correctly.(6 months bank statement, tenant contract, kahramaa Bill,attested certificates other company letters & duly filled application form) I'm really in trouble my visit visa is getting expired on feb-17th-2013. My husband is an Engineer by profession but his designation in visa is Electrical Technician. Several times we have approached labour department for his designation change but they are telling its not possible because his company is a project based company and their contact in Qatar is going to finish by 2016. So we have applied for RP showing his designation as Electrical Technician itself. can some one help me to resolve this issue. waiting for your feedbacks

i just wanted know ,will the MOI continously reject applicaion submitted by PRO for his employee for residence visa for a government company with regular follow up. last i year i got family visa with the same contract.but due to emergency i could nt complete visa formalities and family went back home. now almost 9 months over aftr tht. please anybody have faced this situation ? nw im waiting for visa for last 2.5 months... please let me knw ur valuable suggestions.
yap.....i also advise you to go and meet the captain.they will interview you not to your PRO.
what your PRO has to do with the interview? YOU are the one who should be invited and attending the interview, not your PRO...
Better check with this guy 66537722 as he may be able to help u out in this..... or he wil give u a solution with regards to this...... or go to the immigration and check with the captain. As he is the person who helped me to get my RP done
This is normal procedure for certain nationalities and no body will tell you the reason of rejection as well, however you can go to immegration personally and ask for interview. In this regard PRO's interview is not enough.
