REQUIREMENTS OF A VALID NOC...

Dear Members!
I just would like to know about a valid NOC .I mean... Is it only a no objection letter with company stamp and authorized signatory or do I need to get stamp from the labour department??????
I would appreciate if anyone could explain me the requirement of a valid NOC.

@ramesh.... If you are on business visit visa then you dont need NOC. NOC is required only if your Resident Permit will be pasted on your Passport.....
at fictious sam: i'm currently in qatar on business visit visa and i got job offer from company. can u please tell me what type of NOC should i get from MY current sponsor and one more thing i want to ask u..the company offered me job and in my contract there was 3 months evaluation..will company hire me in temporary work visa. if i get fired after 3 months evaulation will i be banned for 2 years? and do tel me the documents required for making temporary work visa.

Valid NOC needs to get attested from Immigration which your current employer PRO can do.
