when i applied for the family visa and it got rejected and they gave me a meeting date on 9 feb, my wife is already on visit visa and her visa is expiring on 16 feb moreover i planned to go on vacation as well so my question is if i went on vacation without attending the meeting what will happen did they gave a new date for meeting or decide on their own and one more thing if i attend the meeting and went on vacation on 9th Feb and they accept my visa how does that will work as my wife would be out of Qatar if they gave decision after 9th as i applied for conversion from visit to family visa and more over there is ban of 3 months to call my wife back on visit visa how she would be back in case the family visa was approved after she left the country?
could any body please help me out thanks and regard

Pospone your vacation and attend the meeting it is very important.

Then when you get the approval you will go to immigration, if she was inside country they will convert to RP after passing the medical test and fingerprint.

If she was outside of the country they will give you a visa for her to enter the country.

Hope that helps.
