I'm trying to get my work permit in Qatar and I have to complete the MOFA attestation for my degree certificate. The State dept , MEA (New Delhi) and Qatar Embassy(in India) attestation was already done prior to my arrival in Qatar. When approached the MOFA located near the Turkish and Egypt embassy , the person who verifies the documents informed me that a "Testimony from University" is required. I have been trying to get more information on this requirement and am getting no where . I would greatly appreciate if someone could share more information on this.

i would advise you seek some assistance from the typing or attestation services, they may be able to guide/advise you better on what needs to be done next.

I also faced the same problem! can anyone advise me if agreement can be attested after its(attested certificate from MOFA in India) translation into Arabic or I will have to attest it from MOFA in Qatar?
