I have a serious problem right now, I came in Doha last 5 July 2012 under tourist visa for 2 months, then 5th of September 2012, I was transferred to working visa. Take note that I just bought this visa because my company has no visa for female. I finished medical and finger printing, when i applied for ID the mandoob cannot process my application because my sponsor's company papers has expired. Until now it is not renewed because he has problem with baladiya. My problem is I dont have ID, my passport is with my sponsor. I trying to call him many times but he didnt answer and now i think he changed mobile number.

What should I do now? Im working in a different company right now but they cannot transfer me because I still dont have ID with my original sponsor.

Please help.
Serious answer please.

Yesterday, I went to his shop but it was already abandoned, the shop is already for rent, and i dont know where he lived. I took the number and called, it was his secretary or wife i guess, she told me that my sponsor is in big trouble now and he will be back in Doha maybe after a year. I asked for my passport to be back. What do you mean by lift the ban for one or two days by paying 200/day? Yes I finished medical and fingerprint November last year. If i get my passport back and took NOC, will it be possible to transfer the sponsorshp to my current company or I need a new working visa? Thanks for your help.

if so, you might find your sponsor. Try to convince to lift the ban for one or two days by paying 200/day. If so, you can finish your ID. By the way, did you finish your medical and fingerprint?

Thank you for your helpful answers... My company is willing to transfer me to their sponsorship but they told me that they cannot transfer without id because they don't have visa. I know about the 10/day penalty and I'm willing to pay that penalty as long as this problem will be solve, I don't want to be deported. I dont think he will report me to CID because selling visa is also a crime right?

Hi... It's really a serious problem for you. First of all, you bought the visa for money from somebody. And now he is vanished. Its a crime paying money for visa, here you paid to get a visa from some unknown company..!

Now its been a year. So, it will be a fine of 10Qr about 7x300 approx = 2100 towards the visa stamping. Hope u knw abt it.

Next the possible way to escape from this trap, try to get back the Passport & get a NOC from the signatory, then, there is a chance. ID is not required. Pay penalty.

Note: Everyday Qr.10/- adding towards you. If the sponsor is reporting to the CID with your passport... u will reach home safely. Be serious.
