One of my native got a Qatar visa as a welder. But he was not finished his even 10 Th class in India. If 10th pass he can get immigration stamping in India for which not required any documents like Original contract attested by Indian embassy here in Doha Qatar which should be given by the employer (sponsor).For candidate to get all documents from this sponsor is difficult to him. But sponsor is interested to come this welder to his company. But due to immigration problem in india he unable to come Qatar. Kindly advise any procedure
